Welcome to Brookside Dental Care! If you’ve found your way to this page, then you’re either thinking about coming to see us for the first time, or you’ve already scheduled your initial appointment. Your First Visit
When you walk thru the door for the first time you will receive a warm greeting from our patient coordinator. After check-in, you will be escorted by a friendly dental professional to meet Dr. Griffith in his office to discuss your medical history and dental concerns. Then one of our dental hygienists will get started with your comprehensive dental evaluation. Dr. Griffith will complete the evaluation and discuss all findings and treatment options that may be necessary to improve and maintain your oral health. While you are with our clinical team our financial coordinator will be working on your financial options including checking any dental insurance benefits you may have. After you fully understand your treatment and financial options, we will work with you to develop a plan that fits your schedule and budget. After you schedule your first appointment, you’ll receive our New Patient forms so you can complete them in the comfort of your own home. You can also download the forms right here if you prefer. Simply bring the completed forms with you to your appointment so we can get you in to see Dr. Griffith right away. Be sure to let us know if you have any issues accessing our form online.

At Brookside Dental Care, we have multiple options to help our patients make their care affordable. If you have dental insurance, we’ll gladly submit your dental claims and do everything we can to help maximize your benefits.
We also have monthly payment options. We offer low-to-no interest payment plans with CareCredit or LendingClub.
